Link Group Sp. z o.o. is the Data Controller of your personal information. Our registered office is located at Aleje Jerozolimskie 142A, 02-305 Warsaw. We aim to build our image in the media, including social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) by providing press information to journalists, media representatives, and influencers, publishing posts, and other activities on social media.

We may process personal data published in the media, especially on social media profiles and other data related to our use of social media functions.

Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e., the legitimate interests of Link Group.

We have obtained it from publicly available sources such as websites, industry portals, and social media profiles (e.g., related to your activity under our posts).
What do we mean by legitimate interest?
- Responding to your private messages sent to us via social media.
- Engaging in discussions via comments under our posts.
- Sharing our posts as a follower of our profile.
- Marketing, which involves informing you about our services and ourselves via posts on our social media profile.
- Analytical activities through statistics provided to us by social media entities like Facebook Ireland Ltd., LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, and Twitter Inc, including data about displaying our posts, their reach, number of interactions, and demographic data of our followers. The data provided to us by social media entities are statistics created based on their observation of your behavior on our profile.

What can you do if you don't want us to process your data and contact you?
You have the right to object to data processing. If you want to express such an objection, write to us at the previously mentioned email or click on the link found in every message you receive from us. You don't need to give us reasons for your objection.
Career
Why do we need your data, i.e., what is our purpose in processing it?
Your data will be processed for the recruitment process in which you participate. If you voluntarily consent, your data will be processed after the recruitment process ends, for the purposes of our future recruitments.
On what legal basis do we process your data?
- Our legitimate interest i.e., Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
- In the scope necessary for actions aimed at concluding an employment contract/internship/traineeship/contract/works contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where necessary to meet our statutory obligations, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
- If you consent to data processing for future recruitment purposes, in this respect, the data will be processed based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
- Personal data (e.g., image) is processed based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, your voluntary consent given by sending us your recruitment application, and providing them does not affect your ability to participate in the recruitment.
What do we mean by legitimate interest?
Searching for employees/co-workers/interns/trainees and conducting recruitment proceedings aimed at employing someone whose qualifications best match our needs.
What rights do you have?
You have the right to access your data, correct it, request its deletion, as well as the right to restrict processing, data portability, object to personal data processing, and the right to complain to the supervisory authority if data is processed contrary to legal requirements. If the data is processed based on separate consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. However, this will not affect the legality of the processing carried out before its withdrawal.

Providing data is voluntary, but if you don't provide it, you won't be able to participate in the recruitment process.

Your data will be processed until the end of the recruitment process. If you consented to data processing for future recruitments, your data will be processed until the end of those recruitments, but no longer than 2 years or until you withdraw your consent.
Will you be subjected to automated processing, including profiling, that has legal effects or similarly affects you?
No.
What can you do if you don't want us to process your data and contact you?
Due to reasons related to your particular situation, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data if we process personal data based on legally justified interests.
Newsletter
Why do we need your data, i.e., what is our purpose in processing it?
For marketing purposes related to promoting ourselves and our services, including sending you marketing information via email.
What rights do you have?

Are you obliged to provide your data?
No, it's voluntary, but without providing it, you won't be able to sign up for the newsletter and receive commercial information from us.
